Career of the Month: Entrepreneur!

The TACAM High School Chapter is pleased to announce its July Career Webinar: Entrepreneur! Want to learn the tactics behind successful entrepreneurs and their flourishing businesses? No matter your age, it’s never too late to pursue entrepreneurship. Therefore, join us on July 25th from 2 pm – 3 pm EST with entrepreneurs Berk Taş, Diane Bouis, and Phil Santer (more on them below), who will answer questions and inspire the audience on entrepreneurship! The event is directed to high school students, although anyone can join and learn!

Speaker Bios:
Berk Taş – Berk serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SentiAR. Berk has led development of emerging technologies and companies in Fortune 500, private equity, venture capital funded and privately held organizations.
Diane Bouis – Diane Bouis is a PhD, Innovation Manager at the Office of Technology Transfer Venture Accelerator at the University of Michigan. Diane’s role is to bridge the gap between academic science and entrepreneurship, working closely with faculty founders, industry mentors and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem inside and outside the university to identify and leverage the resources for startups to thrive.

Phil Santer – Phil Santer is a Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Ann Arbor Spark. Phil leads a team of professionals that partner with businesses and communities to help them grow. Prior to joining Ann Arbor SPARK, Phil held various roles at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, and with a research center at George Mason University in Washington, DC. Phil is also a Northville High School alumni, so he has a permanent connection to the Southeastern Michigan community!
