TACAM annual General Assembly meeting and board elections were held on Saturday, April 26, 2008, at the TACAM grounds. The meeting started with a presentation of the 2007-2008 tacam activities, followed by a review of that term’s finances. Upon approval of the team reports, elections were held for the new board for the 2008-2009 term.
We would like to thank everyone who participated at this meeting and cast their votes. As members of the new Board, we are looking forward to serving the Turkish-American community in Michigan and to promote Turkey in the best possible way throughout the upcoming year.
After the general assembly voting, all those in attendance and many more came fore some delicious döner, yummy desserts and Efes beer donated generously by Ersan Arin of Arins Enterprises.
