The UN Committee of the Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA-UN), celebrates the Nov 10 Science Day for Peace and Development with a webinar on Sunday Nov 17 by focusing on the effect of scientific approaches on the public health!
Celebrated since 2002 November 10, World Science Day for Peace and Development highlights the significant role of science in society and the need to engage the wider public in debates on emerging scientific issues. This day also suits well to celebrate the life of M. Kemal Atatürk who passed away 86 years ago on Nov 10.
M.K. Atatürk only accepted the guidance of science saying that science is the only true guide in life.
