2.1 You:

2.1.1 agree not to use the Web site (or any part thereof) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;

4.2 We will use our reasonable endeavors to maintain the Web site. The Web site is subject to change from time to time. 10.1 WHILE WE WILL USE REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION WE PLACE ON THE Web site, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO ITS ACCURACY. 15. LAW

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
