TACAM Father’s Day Picnic was held on June 21, 2009, at Kensington Park — the event was a great success and thanks to everyone for their attendance. Şiş köfte and müjver (zuccini pancakes) were definitely highlights of the day! There were games set up for the families and the winners all got a T-shirt with “Number 1 Dad” written on the back. Children got beautifully prepared little gift packages prepared by Emine Zeren. Backgammon tournament, volleyball and soccer games were also enjoyed by the participants.
We hope to see everyone again soon at our upcoming Wine Tour to West Michigan on August 15, 2009, and Victory Day celebration at TACAM on August 29, 2009.
