Hittites and Anatolia in the Late Bronze Age

This presentation hopefully will be the first in a series of history talks we are planning to conduct this year. Our speaker Dr. Tayfun Bilgin will enlighten us with the earliest history of Anatolia. Written sources apear in this region for the first time about 4000 years ago in the Late Bronze Age which has witnessed the rise of Hittite civilization. The talk will cover many aspects of these first lords of Anatolia as well as their neighbors in the Near East.
