In an effort to honor our beloved country’s founder, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and to celebrate the day he declared as the “Youth Day”, TACAM invites all members of our community to a get together on Sunday at TACAM. This will also be a great way to meet and greet the new board members and a chance for you to discuss your ideas.

- A special presentation directed towards the youth on the importance of 19 Mayıs by Jason Windes.

Food can be purchased separately with tickets sold at the event. Drinks are provided free of charge.

I-696
In Oakland County, westbound I-696 will have two lanes closed from Middlebelt Road to the I-275 interchange for ongoing bridge and pavement repairs. The double lane closures will begin at 10 p.m. on Friday and will be removed by 5 a.m. on Monday. In Oakland County, the existing two lane connector leading from westbound I-696 to westbound I-96 will be reduced to a single lane for pavement repairs. The single lane closure begins at 10 p.m. on Friday and end by 5 a.m. on Monday.
In Oakland County, eastbound I-696 will be reduced to two lanes at Inkster Road from 7 a.m. to noon on Sunday. Westbound I-696 will be reduced to two lanes at Inkster Road from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The double lane closures are needed for ongoing bridge repairs. In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound I-696 will be reduced to two lanes between Dequindre and Van Dyke for ongoing bridge and pavement repairs. The double lane closures begin at 9 p.m. on Friday and end by 5 a.m. on Monday.
In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound I-696 will have the two right lanes closed between Hayes and I-94 for ongoing bridge and pavement repairs. The double lane closures begin at 9 p.m. on Friday and end by 5 a.m. on Monday.
I-696/I-75 interchange
In Oakland County, a single lane closure on the existing two lane ramps leading from northbound and southbound I-75 to eastbound and westbound I-696 will be in effect on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The single lane ramp closures will occur independently; only one ramp at a time will have the single lane closures.
